Our Story
PWL Management is built on over a century of experience in the entertainment industry. What began as a family passion has grown into a respected name in live entertainment, known for professionalism, creativity, and delivering unforgettable performances around the world.
The company’s roots lie with Peter William Lea, whose career in live theatre spanned more than three decades. From 1971 to 2004, Peter managed some of the UK’s most prestigious theatres, including Cardiff, Norwich, Eastbourne, Leicester, and Leatherhead. He directed theatre productions, toured nationwide with top shows, and became a much-loved after-dinner speaker, sharing his wealth of knowledge and humour with audiences across the country. Peter’s reputation for excellence, fairness, and innovation laid the foundations for PWL Management as it is today.

Carrying this legacy forward are Peter’s daughters, who continue his vision with passion and dedication. Cerys Lea has performed internationally as a renowned singer and entertainer. With experience as Entertainment Team Leader at Butlins and Production Manager for Thomas Cook Holidays, Cerys has produced and delivered shows across the globe. She also charmed audiences on stage, playing the Fairy Godmother in countless pantomimes and presenting her own show at the Edinburgh Fringe.
Sian Pickett, the eldest daughter, has spent her career working with choirs and venues across South Wales. With an ear for talent and a keen eye for detail, she plays an important role in artist development and behind-the-scenes management at PWL.
Together, the family combines experience, performance, and management expertise to provide world-class entertainment to venues worldwide – from cruise ships, holiday resorts, and festivals to theatres, corporate events, and intimate gatherings.
